How can Cherubs help me?

Whether you’re new to this cleaning, or you’re already a pro, we’re here to help you get started and fill your schedule with the jobs you want! 

We offer you as many regular jobs as you can commit to, taking the time and effort out of marketing your services. 

You can build your ongoing schedule so it’s easy to plan ahead.

We help you build trust and rapport with your clients, setting you up with the best chance of success.

We support you with feedback, so you know just how to keep your clients happy and so we all continue to improve.

Our office team is here to help you when you need it. You can speak directly with our team by phone, text or email.

What is expected of me?

There is no set schedule or minimum hours of work per week. Just let us know your availability and we’ll work to fill your schedule with regular, ongoing jobs. 

We don’t expect exclusivity – you can work with any other company and your own private clients if you choose. 

We do expect you to communicate clearly and promptly with us, responding to job offers within a few hours if possible. If you want to decline a job, no worries, just let us know so we can offer it to another worker. 

We expect you to honour the jobs you commit to and complete them on schedule.

We expect you to take feedback as an opportunity to improve. We don’t take feedback personally, it’s just how our clients communicate their wants and needs with us. Our most successful team members are very keen to find out what their clients want. They listen, and then adjust their service accordingly.

The more happy clients you have, the more referrals we’ll be able to offer you!

What are the requirements?

We can support you if you need it to get ready to start, it’s simple.

You’ll need an ABN and Public Liability Insurance to work as a contractor.

You’ll also need a Disability Worker Screening Check to be able to work with many of our clients.

How will I be paid?

Just send us your invoice each week and it will be processed weekly. We pay on time, every time. You never need to chase our clients for payment, we take care of all the hassle.

How do I start?
